How Will It Work?

The Discovery package can be flexible to meet your needs but typically follow the pattern below.

  1. Discovery Call

    To get things started, we will arrange a call with one of our Wizu CXperts to talk about your business, your objectives and form a starting point for the strategy.

  2. Build a Map

    From our initial conversations we will then identify common themes and build a customer journey map with key touchpoints.

  3. Launch Relational Survey

    At this stage we will launch an overall brand NPS survey to discover how your customers feel about you in general and identify areas of interest .

  4. Build Conversations

    After looking at your customer journey map and results of your relational survey, we can identify and build specific transactional surveys.

  5. On Going Interactions

    Transactional surveys can continue to run with occasional relational surveys used to track overall customer satisfaction.

  6. Voice of the Employee

    Our Employee Engagement surveys can help you see a more complete picture by collecting feedback internally and comparing to customer feedback.

  7. 6 Month Review

    6 months in we will arrange a call to discuss findings so far, adapt conversations and introduce any changes required.

  8. Implement Other Use Cases
