This is a difficult and challenging time for all individuals and businesses. First and foremost, I hope you are well and safe and remain so until we all get through this situation.

As companies move to a remote work environment there can be a number of challenges. It is more important than ever that companies understand how employees are feeling and support them as much as possible.

At Wizu we have always been a remote based company so are in the lucky position where the recent COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak has not caused us major disruption. For a huge amount of companies though, we know that is not the case. Urgently switching to remote working can offer some challenges and so at Wizu we wanted to offer our help.

Firstly, if you want any help or advice in terms of switching to a remote based environment then please feel free to get in touch with us and we are happy to offer advice based on our experience. We have also provided a ‘Guide To Remote Working’ article that we hope offers some tips to help people get up and running.

Secondly, we want to help companies and their employees stay connected throughout this situation so would like to offer our Remote Employee Pulse software free of charge. This allows you to gather regular feedback on your employees’ home set up, well-being and more.

This tool will be available for everyone for 6 months. After that point you can either sign up to Wizu or simply cancel with no charges – this is a not for profit exercise.

To utilise this simply create your free Wizu account below and the template will exist within your account. Tweak to match your needs or use the existing template and collect up to 100 responses per month. You can share the survey with your employees and then get instant reporting through dashboards and text analytics. Find out more and see an example conversation HERE.

This tool is free and available for everyone – whether you are an existing customer or not. Please reach out if you have any questions and we wish you a safe and healthy future.
