What’s New With Wizu – May 2019

Subscriptions

This month at Wizu we are very excited to announce the launch of our new subscription packages. Now rather than paying on a cost per complete basis, you have the option to pay a monthly or annual fee with either a set amount of responses or unlimited responses a month depending on your package. This offers you a higher level of freedom and flexibility, allowing you to use Wizu for a range of scenarios for one simple monthly fee. Collect monthly NPS surveys, automate surveys around transactions or service interactions, add a website pop up to answer FAQ’s and collect leads and more all included in your unlimited responses. Take a look at the pricing page for the options available or view our full feature list to see the complete breakdown of features per package.

Gifs Galore

We all love a good animated gif, so at Wizu we decided to make it easier for you to bring your surveys to life with our Tenor gif integration. From within the Wizu portal you can now bring up our gif gallery and either choose from common searches or enter your own search term and then simply select the gif you want to use and it will insert it into the conversation. Perfect for reactions or just bringing some character to your surveys.

Advocacy

The end of the survey is an important time to either deal with any issues that might have been raised by your respondent or perhaps encourage them to promote your via social media. You might want to direct respondents to your website or up sell to happy customers. The Wizu Advocacy feature allows you to create some dynamic options at the end of your survey that can vary depending on the responses given. This allows you to end the survey on a high, ensuring your customers end the survey on a positive note and allowing you more options to improve the experience for your respondents.
