The Wizu Beta Has Launched

The moment has finally arrived!

The Wizu Beta program is now live. After months of planning, research, development and testing, we can now announce the Beta version of Wizu has launched.


For those who don’t know what Wizu is, let me start with a brief explanation.

What Is Wizu?

Wizu is a friendly chatbot that gathers valuable customer experience feedback on your behalf. It can ask questions of your customer, like a survey, but in a two-way conversation. However you want to measure your customer experience, through NPS, CSAT, CES etc, Wizu will ask structured questions, selected by you, in a manner that is engaging and can actually have a positive impact on customer experience.

Why Use Wizu?

People like to chat. People tend to not like surveys. So we believe by engaging with customers in a personalized conversation it will improve response rates and lead too much more insightful qualitative and quantitative feedback.

Wizu doesn’t just collect data. Wizu wants to know how your customers FEEL about you.

You can add context into your conversations, use your own custom bot and choose from a variety of response options ensuring you can create the perfect conversation to truly understand your customer.

How Does It Work?

Well the best way to find out is to sign up for our beta and see for yourself. Wizu makes it quick and easy for you to start collecting feedback. You simply create your script adding the topics and aspects you want to cover, choose which bot you want to use and publish your script.

You can then upload invitations with customer information and an email will be sent out inviting each customer to start a chat.

There is no time to sit back and relax though as our real time dashboards and insights mean you can start to monitor and analyze results immediately.
